Bank of America is doing the same thing to consumers in the State of Illinois. It has kept me on the ropes since 2009 and recently filed a forclosure action. The bank contacted me several weeks ago and asked me to come to their workshop at near Ohare. I did. However, they merely wanted consumers to cancel their NACA membership and sign deeds in lieu of forclosure. I refused. I’m filing filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General Office this week. I’m a lawyer a lawyer and the Bank has bullied the wrong person this time. All Illinois residents in my situation with Bank of America should contact the Illinois Attorney General Office and file a complaint. Let’s fight against corporate greed and consumer fraud. If I can be of personal assistance to any consumer that Bank Of America has kept hanging on in it’s trial modification program, please file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General Office and contact Attorney David E. Neely.
