Carol Asbury, a dedicated Florida foreclosure defense attorney, has written a great post called A Day at the Court relaying a typical experience with a Florida judge in the David and Goliath battle of the homeowners vs the banks.
Let me just say that here in Arizona, we’re feeling you, Carol. Have judges stopped caring about fraud on the court and candor to the tribunal? And we aren’t talking about fraud that they can disguise with a little perfume (false sheen of legitimacy) and some mad Photoshop skillz. This is ugly stink. It’s hard to ignore. Yet somehow they find a way. All I can is keep marching on, soldiers. The tide is turning.
