Report Card for Judges

My kids got their final report cards before summer.  Now, it’s our judges’ turn.  There are numerous rating sites but they are only beneficial if more people use them.  Do you have an opinion regarding a judge’s temperament, bias, or scholarship?  Step right up and rate them here.
