Related One thought on “Robo-Signing: Too Popular to Contain to Foreclosures” My home is in forclosure- Chevy Chase Bank loan with MERS as nominee for them in mortgage – US Bank , as trustee filed action – Florida – in May 2009 – lost note count – just produced an assignment from Mers , as nominee for Chevy Chase Bank FSB, signed by Darren Bronaugh dated May 2010 – Chevy Chase bank FSB merged with Capital in Feb 27, 2009 and ceased to exist.
